Cancellation Policy

Hey there, Tribe fam! We know that sometimes life throws unexpected curveballs, but here's the lowdown on our cancellation policy: We've got a 12-hour heads-up rule! If you need to cancel your spot in class, just let us know in advance or as early as possible, and we'll do our best to work with you. But hey, if you don't cancel in time and you're on a class pass, unfortunately, your credit will take a hit and Tribe will claim it. And for our UNLIMITED PACKAGE peeps, if you miss cancelling in time, there will be a cheeky R150 penalty fee. We promise, it's just our way of keeping things fair and making sure everyone gets a chance to bounce their way to fitness! So let's all stay on top of our bounce game and keep the Tribe vibes alive!
